We hope you love your Delight Street pieces - but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you. We offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery on most items.

What’s Eligible:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

• Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging

How to Start a Return:

1. Email us at info@lovedelightstreet.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.

2. Repack your item securely (original packaging preferred).

3. Ship it back using a tracked method—please hang onto your tracking number!

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service for peace of mind

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right, no questions asked.
